Artists of Žižkovšiška – Inspiration of the Month
2020 started with a bang. Instead of easing ourselves into the new year, we jumped into it full force. Throughout January, we experienced some significant events and activities in Prague. Artists of Žižkovšiška united to show us some good times. Here’s a recap of the best stories I collected for you, and also a teaser of what’s coming in February.
Painter of Moments, Exhibition Opening
It was all warm, cosy, and fun and followed by an open mic session. Have a peek into Bára Golasowska’s exhibition opening at Žižkovšiška in the video, and learn more about Bára’s art in a full interview with her.
The new paintings that are going to decorate the walls of Žižkovšiška are made by Maria Pardo, an American artist now residing in Prague. “Influenced by Impressionism and Realism, Maria enjoys representing life, creative landscapes, and the world around through her artistry.”
